My name is Abe Thalos. If you know me, you know I like quality. If you know me well, you'll also know I like efficiency.
I have been blending butter and oil into my coffee for the last 3 years, and doing everything I can afford to hack my biology.
All the while I have watched my health drastically shift from "average" to phenomenal.
3 years ago, my doctor said if I didn't change something I would have diabetes in less than 5 years, and probably a heart condition.
Back then, I worked out plenty. I ran on the treadmill and did pull-ups, mostly.
Little did I know, the pull-ups were potentially contributing to a health condition I didn't know I had, and the running was tearing up my joints.
With all that said, I have always been extremely intrigued by what more data could do. What if I could isolate the most minute thing remotely wrong with me and fix it with a few shifts in behavior. What if I could take that a step further and see what things were taking my performance (at work, at home, in the gym, and in my relationships) from 100% to 150% consistently, without too much time sacrificed.
Writing this, I feel as though I am pitching a personal coaching or a sale, but I'm not.
In fact, I'm not selling anything, at all.
I am just so excited about the stuff that I have come up with that I can't contain it. My friends have encouraged me to channel the energy into a website. Somewhere where like minded thinkers can come to glean some performance enhancing wisdom and maybe even return the favor.
