How to Prep the 28 Perfect Smoothies (ENOUGH FOR A MONTH!)

In this post I will explain the best way to have a healthy smoothie prepared for you everyday without breaking the bank. These recipes taste amazing without any added sugar, each contain the best quality proteins that go well in smoothies, 2 servings of vegetables, 1 serving of fruit, and essential healthy fibers and fats that keep your brain working and content.


Here is how to make the 28 best smoothies to keep you on point and satiated throughout the day every day for an entire month! Each includes a different fruit for each day of the week and alternating veggie combinations daily.


Let't get started. Everything you will need can be ordered from the links below. I am not sending you out to wander through a grocery store to pick up obscure foods. With Amazon Prime and Instacart, you'll have everything you need in 2 days.


To do this you will need the following:


Tools:



1 Vacuum Sealer

1 Blender (this one you can take with you on the go and doesn't make too much noise.)



Fruits: (you will divide into 4 equal servings)


1 bag of Cherries or 2 kiwis

1 pint of fresh Blueberries

2ea Apples or 2 mangos

1 pint of fresh Rasberries

1lb of Strawberries

1 pint of fresh Blackberries

1 bag of Grapes or 2 pears


7ea Avacados (get them ripe)

(1/4 Avacado/smoothie)


You will divide these into 14 servings each:

Celery (2 whole hearts) serving size = 1 stalk

Cucumbers (6ea) serving size = 1/3 cucumber

Spinach (3 bags)serving size = a quarter bag

Kale (3 bags) serving size = a quarter bag



Healthy Preservatives:

1 bottle of Vitamin C

1 bag of Limes

16oz

1 bag of Lemons

16oz



1 bottle of Brain Octane Oil

1 container of Bulletproof Inner-fuel Probiotics (Healthy Fiber)

(contains 20 servings, but we'll only be using half servings)

1 container of Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen Protein


Prep Time: 30min


Steps:


1. Wash all of the fruits and vegetables. remove stems, seeds, skins, and allow to dry

2. Pit and peel Avocados. Keep them halved and coat them on both sides with vitamin C. Add one half to each bag.

3. Number bags 1-28. Add a serving of each item to the corresponding bag (per the below)

4. Add the avocado to the bag

5. Add one scoop each of the collagen protein and InnerFuel to each bag

6. squeeze half each 1 lemon and 1 lime into each bag

7. seal bags and freeze.



Each day remove the bag, add 8oz liquid (I prefer Coconut or Almond Milk) and 2 tbsp Brain Octane Oil. Blend until ready.


Optional: add MitoSweet to taste
